Wondering how it all works? Here are the answers to a few common questions.

Yes. Your website will be built on Squarespace, so you’ll need a Squarespace account before your site launches. I’ll handle the design and setup, and you’ll have full ownership of your website once the project is complete.

As a Squarespace Circle member, you’ll receive 10% off your Squarespace subscription. Your Squarespace plan is still purchased directly through Squarespace using your own payment information, so you’ll always have full control over your billing and subscription.

If you already have a domain, I can connect it to your new website. If you need a new domain, I can help you choose and purchase one. Your domain should be registered under your name/business so you maintain ownership of it.

You do! Once your website is complete and ready to launch, I’ll transfer ownership of the Squarespace site to you. You’ll own your website, domain, and Squarespace account, while I can remain a contributor if you’d like ongoing support.

Absolutely. If you’d like help with updates, new pages, content changes, or ongoing website maintenance, I can continue managing your site as a contributor for $50/hour.

You’ll have multiple opportunities to review copy, designs, or the website and provide feedback throughout the project. When I provide a timeframe, I'll build in time for thoughtful collaboration and revisions so we can make sure everything feels right for you.

You’ll receive a Google Drive folder with files for each page labeled accordingly. For branding and strategy projects, you’ll receive high-quality JPG and PNG files for your logos as well as a PDF file for your style guide.

You’ll receive a recorded walk-through tutorial showing you how to make edits and updates on Squarespace, so you feel confident managing your site post-launch. At the end of the project, you’ll have everything you need to access, manage, and maintain your new website and brand assets.
