These experiences gave her a strong understanding of how agencies work. She later earned a Master’s in Strategic Communication & Innovation from Texas Tech University.
After working at multiple agencies, she saw that creativity was often missing. She decided to bet on herself and build the kind of creative agency she had always wanted to work for, hence Rhodes Creative Co. was born.
